A safe and fair workplace. You have the right to a workplace that’s safe, and to be paid correctly and on time for the work you do.
Reasonable adjustments. If you have a disability, injury or health condition, you can ask your employer for reasonable adjustments, changes that help you do your job, like flexible hours or equipment. Many are simple, and funding is often available to help cover the cost.
Freedom from discrimination. It’s against the law for an employer to treat you unfairly because of disability, age, gender, race or other personal characteristics.
