Everyone deserves the chance to work.

We’re a not-for-profit employment service helping people with disability, injury, health conditions and other barriers to discover and secure meaningful work. We’re proudly part of communities across south-east and north-east Melbourne, and everything we do is built on a simple belief: that the right job, with the right support, can change a life.

A new name, the same purpose.

You may know us as Echo Employment Services — we're now Workspace. The name is new, but our team, our values and the care we bring haven't changed. It's simply a fresh name for the work we've always done, and the future we're building.
